Garlic-Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes flavored with cheese and garlic!
Ingredients
3 to 4 large russet baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
5 whole garlic cloves
1/4 to 1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add milk, salt and pepper and mash with fork until smooth. Stir in cheese and butter until melted
