Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
1 bag (2 pounds) shredded hashbrown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped, including tops
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine the potatoes, soups, sour cream, onions and 2 cups of cheese in a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 hour. Top with the remaining c cup cheese and bake about 5 minutes more.
Suggestions
For a complete meal, try adding some cubed ham!
