Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients
1/2 pound tiny red potatoes
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped, fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon dried
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Set aside.
Combine the melted butter, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Suggestions
Great with beef, chicken or pork.
