Baked Potatoes Jack

6 medium potatoes, baked
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups chopped green onions, with tops
4-5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mash potatoes with fork, leaving some lumps. Place them in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine sour cream, butter and cheese. Sprinkle over the potatoes, then top with the parsley, green onions and crumbled bacon. Leave bumpy. Bake about 30 minutes or until heated through.
