Buttermilk Ranch Potatoes


2 pounds small red potatoes, cut in half
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
1 can (10 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
Pepper to taste
directions
Put the potatoes into the Crock Pot. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, dry dressing mix, and soup. Pour over potatoes and stir. Season with pepper to taste.

Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Stir and serve.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
