| 6 to 8 large sweet potatoes, baked and mashed well 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 stick butter, melted Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon flour 1/2 cup pecans 1/2 stick butter |
| Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, evaporated
milk, eggs and melted butter. Pour into an 11x14-inch casserole dish. Combine the brown sugar, flour and pecans until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the potatoes. Cut the butter into chunks and place over the top. Bake at 300 degrees F for one hour. |
