Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

1 stick light butter or margarine
4 to 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup regular or low-fat Parmesan cheese

Directions

Melt the butter or margarine in a bowl in the microwave. Dip the chicken into the melted butter and then coat with the Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.

Suggestions

Serve with rice or your favorite pasta.
