Barbeque Chicken
This tangy treat is a family favorite.
Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
Directions
Pour a thin layer of barbeque sauce onto the bottom of your Crock Pot. Add the chicken chunks and cover them with the rest of the sauce. Cook on low for eight to 10 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
Suggestions
Serve over rice or pasta with a fresh green salad. You can subsitute the chicken for pork or beef, too.
