Chicken a la Orzo

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 cans (8 ounces) tomato sauce with basil, garlic and oregano
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
10 ounces orzo
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While orzo cooks, cook the chicken in a little oil in a skillet until done. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer.
Serve the chicken and tomato mixture on top of the orzo.
