Chicken and Bacon Rolls with Alfredo Sauce


Chicken rolls stuffed with green onions and bacon that you could in the Crock Pot!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to flatten
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 jar (16 ounces) Alfredo sauce

Directions

Dip the chicken breasts in the butter, then dredge in the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle each breast with some of the bacon and the green onion. Fold chicken up and secure with toothpicks.

Put the chicken into the Crock Pot and cover with half of the sauce. Cook on low heat seven to eight hours. About 30 minutes before serving, pour on the remaining sauce.

Suggestions

Great served with egg noodles or white rice.
