Chicken, Cheddar and Green Bean Bake
Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen green beans, thawed
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
5 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Pour the thawed green beans into a 13x9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
Cook the chicken breasts in the oil until browned on both sides, about five minutes per side. Place on top of green beans. Pour the cheddar cheese soup over the top. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Suggestions
Serve with a garden salad for a complete meal!
