Chicken Chop Suey
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 can (19 ounces) chop suey vegetables, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Black pepper, to taste
Cooked white rice
Directions
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the celery and onion and cook until crisp-tender. Add the chicken, chop suey vegetables, milk, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce and black pepper, to taste. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and cook, stirring often, about five minutes.
Suggestions
Serve over rice.
