Turkey Casserole
Ingredients
1 can (10 ounces) cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups cubed cooked turkey meat or ham
1 can (17 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 jar (4 ounces) pimentos, drained
1 package (8.5 ounces) cornbread mix
2/3 cup milk
1 large egg
Directions
Stir together the cream of broccoli soup, sour cream, milk, poultry seasoning, pepper, cubed turkey, corn, broccoli and pimentos. Mix well. Spread this mixture into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish. In another bowl, mix together the cornbread mix, milk and egg until just moistened. Pour over turkey mixture and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Suggestions
Serve with leftover cranberry sauce and a garden salad.
