Ingredients
Red cabbage, chopped (can buy pre-chopped in bag)
Spinach (baby spinach in a bag)
Cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
Crumbled bacon
Grape tomatoes
Chopped green onion
Ranch dressing
Directions
Layer the ingredients in the order given. Pour ranch dressing over the top, and chill for 15 minutes.
Suggestions
Serve with garlic bread and white wine.
