Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
4 ounces of bleu cheese, crumbled
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Store in
the refrigerator. Makes 3 cups.
Suggestions
Serve this over crisp salad greens.
