Caesar Vinaigrette

Prep time = 10 minutes
This makes enough dressing for a few salads, and is easy to vary depending on what you have in your kitchen or heart.

2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
12 Tbl. olive oil
6 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbl. soy sauce
A little anchovy paste

directions
Put all ingredients in the blender or shake/stir well. Shake well before serving, and keep refrigerated after serving.

suggestions
Take dressing out of refrigerator about 1/2 hour before dinner so it won't have globs. Or put it in the microwave for a few seconds before dressing salad.
