1 package (12 ounces) elbow macaroni
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 cups cubed deli turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small apple, diced
1 head Bibb or butter lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain, then rinse under cold water. Set aside.
Whisk together the yogurt and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey, celery, apple and cheese. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
To serve, mound lettuce on individual serving plates. Top with the pasta salad.
