Crunchy Chicken Ramen Salad

Salad:
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 packages Ramen soup mix, oriental flavor
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
6 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
Dressing:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons sugar
1 seasoning packet from one Ramen noodle package

Combine the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and green onions. Add the crumbled Ramen noodles, almonds, sunflower seeds, cilantro and chicken. Toss with the dressing. Serve
immediately.
