Summer Fruit Salad

A refreshing snack full of vitamins!

Ingredients

Approximately 1 cup each of the following fruits:
Blackberries
Raspberries
Strawberries
Blueberries
Watermelon
Cantaloupe or honeydew melon
2 large oranges
1/4 to 1/2 cups orange juice

Directions

Cut the melons and oranges into bite-sized pieces. Put in a large bowl.
Add the berries and enough orange juice to coat all the fruit. Enjoy immediately.

Suggestions

For added nutrition, top each serving with a dollop of low-fat yogurt.
