About 12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 package (8 ounces) vegetable-flavored cream cheese, softened 2 tomatoes, sliced thin 1 avocado, thinly sliced 2 cups baby spinach leaves Alfalfa spouts 4 Burrito-size flour tortillas |
| Spread the cream cheese on the flour tortillas. Arrange spinach leaves in center of the tortillas. Top with the crumbled bacon, tomatoes, avocado and sprouts. Roll the tortilla up. |
| The tortillas can be cut up into pinwheels or served whole. | ||
