Hot Crab and Muenster Sandwiches

2 English muffins, split in half
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat
1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Place the English muffins on a broiler pan. Set aside.
Combine the crabmeat with half of the cheese and onions. Stir in the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the muffins under a broiler until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Top each muffin with 1/4 of the crab mixture. Top each with the remaining cheese and green onions.
Broil until cheese melts. Serve.

Serve with a salad and iced tea for a light lunch, or cut into pieces and serve as an appetizer.
