John's Triple Decker PB&J
By John Nixon

3 slices of whole wheat or white bread
1 jar crunchy peanut butter
1 jar grape jelly (may substitute other flavors, but not strawberry – it is for wimps)
1 gallon of milk (2 percent – got to watch that waistline)

directions
Using a butter knife, take a large glob of peanut butter and spread on one side of the first piece of bread. (Note: a glob is approximately 2 tablespoons.) Repeat this for a second piece of bread. Wipe the butter knife clean on your shirt or pants, scoop out a glob of jelly and spread on third piece of bread. Carefully place the thoroughly jellied bread together with one of the peanut butter slices. Take another glob of jelly and spread it on the opposite side of the piece of bread you previously jellied. Finally, take the remaining slice of bread with peanut butter on it and place on top of jellied bread to complete the sandwich.

Locate a glass and pour 8 ounces of milk into it and not onto the floor. Put milk back in the fridge (so as not to anger the wife) and enjoy your feast! To spice up the meal do one of the following: 1) toast the bread prior to sandwich assembly, 2) use rye bread for a zestier flavor, and 3) ask your wife to get in the kitchen and make it for you. Run like hell before she clobbers you with the peanut butter.
