1 can tuna packed in spring water, drained and flaked 1/4 cup finely chopped apple 2 tablespoons chopped green onion 2 tablespoons chopped celery 1 tablespoon slivered almonds 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste |

Combine the tuna, apple, green onion, celery and almonds. Stir in the mayonnaise and mustard, adding more to make
desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. |
