Veggie Bagelwiches
Ingredients
2 bagels
4 tablespoons cream cheese
Toppings: finely chopped broccoli florets, Alfalfa sprouts, shredded carrot, shredded zucchini, chopped green onions, etc.
Directions
Split both bagels in half. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese on the cut side of each half. Top with your choice of toppings.
Suggestions
Makes four kid-sized servings.
