A zesty dressing flecked with feta cheese. |

4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon dried oregano ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese |
 | Combine the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder in a blender. Start blending, and slowly pour in olive oil. Turn blender off and stir in feta cheese. Store in refrigerator. |

Use on a garden salad, Greek salad, or shrimp salad. This dressing is also a
great marinade for chicken.
