1 pound rhubarb (may be frozen)
1 pint strawberries (may be frozen)
½ cup sugar

Combine ingredients into medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, until completely mashed, 20 to 30 minutes. Serve chilled.


Serve chilled on top of Sponge Cake or Pound Cake.
