Baked Halibut with Parmesan Breadcrumbs

Quick and delicious!
Ingredients
3 halibut steaks, about 1-inch thick
Salt, to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Lemon wedges
Directions
Place the steaks in an oiled, shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Combine the breadcrumbs, garlic, oil, cheese and thyme to make a thick paste. Pat this mixture on the surface of the fish. Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes, or until fish is not translucent when tested with fork.
Suggestions
Garnish with lemon wedges.
