Fried Squid
Ingredients
8 ounces squid, cleaned and cut into rings
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil for frying
Directions
Add the flour to a plastic zipper bag and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Dip the squid into the flour, into the egg and then again in the flour. Shake off excess.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about three minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges.
