Garlic and Lemon Shrimp
Ingredients
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add the lemon juice and garlic. Cook, stirring, one minute. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn opaque, about three to five minutes.
Suggestions
Serve over rice or noodles, or serve with toothpicks as an appetizer.
