Green Tea Soaked Salmon
Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
3 cups strong brewed green tea
2 teaspoons grated ginger
2 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 green onions, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Add the prepared green tea to a skillet. Bring to boil. Add the ginger, garlic and green onions. Cook for five to seven minutes. Add the salmon steaks and cook about 10 minutes more.
Suggestions
Garnish with additional chopped green onion.
