Grilled Swordfish with Yogurt


Ingredients

4 swordfish fillets (5 to 6 ounces each)
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon cardamom
Juice from half a lemon
Salt and freshly-ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine the yogurt, cumin, cardamom, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the fish and marinate at least two hours.

When ready to cook, discard marinade and place fillets in a lightly-greased baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes.

Suggestions

Serve with lemon wedges.
