Herbed Shrimp


Ingredients

1 pound medium shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon fresh or dried chives
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the lemon juice and all the seasonings. Cook, stirring, about 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring often, about five to seven minutes or until shrimp turn opaque.

Suggestions

Serve over white rice.
