Lemon and Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with the lemon juice and vinegar. Sprinkle the garlic salt, basil, parsley and pepper evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
