Salmon and Pasta
Nick Keller
Ingredients
3 large frozen salmon filets
Seasonings (your favorite)
Lemon juice
1 box (13 ounces) whole-wheat penne pasta
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 stick butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 to 1 cup parmesan cheese (we like it cheesy)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Bake the salmon at 350 degrees F for eight to 15 minutes with the seasonings and lemon juice on it. While it cooks, boil the pasta according to package directions.
In a serving bowl, combine the olive oil, butter, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Drain pasta and add to serving bowl. Cut the salmon into small pieces and add to bowl. Toss to combine.
