Yogurt Shake

Yogurt Shake

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
Half a banana
1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries

directions
Puree above ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour into a pre-chilled thermos.

Variation:

Add 1/2 cup of ice cream or substitute ice cream for the yogurt.
