Broccoli and Cheese Dish
Our Mom of the Month shares a family favorite!
Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
Directions
Cook broccoli, drain and mash. Beat eggs, and then add mayonnaise, cheese and soup. Stir in broccoli. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
Crush crackers. Stir melted butter into the crackers. Sprinkle crackers over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
