Don Scott
This one is a hit with the family ... and the cook!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 onion, chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 bunches broccoli, slightly cooked
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pounds grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms in the butter until lightly browned. Drain.
In a bowl, combine the soup, cheese and sour cream Add mushroom mixture and broccoli.
Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Suggestions
Not only is this an easy dish to make, it's real tasty! We often make it ahead of time (in large quantity because it is always popular) and toss it in the fridge. Throw it in the oven when you are ready, and make sure you get some first! ENJOY!
