Broccoli with Parmesan

Recipe is from Peanut Butter Stew and Couscous, Too Quick, Healthy, Delicious Meals that Grown-Ups and Kids Love


Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Wash and chop broccoli, including stems, into bite-sized pieces. Steam until tender. Toss with the butter, cheese and garlic powder.
