Crock Pot Creamed Corn

1 package (20 ounce) frozen corn
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter
½ cup finely minced onion
6 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Put everything in the Crock Pot and mix well. Cook on low for about 4 hours. Stir and serve.

suggestions
To make this corn a little more colorful, a drained jar of pimentos can be added. For a Mexican version of this dish, add a drained 4-ounce can of chopped green chiles.
