Crock Pot Creamed Corn
Mary Ann
Ingredients
1 package (20 ounce) frozen corn
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup finely minced onion
6 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Put everything in the Crock Pot and mix well. Cook on low for about four hours. Stir and serve.
Suggestions
To make this corn a little more colorful, a drained jar of pimentos can be added. For a Mexican version of this dish, add a drained 4-ounce can of chopped green chiles.
