Green Beans with Goat Cheese

Recipe is from Peanut Butter Stew and Couscous, Too Quick, Healthy, Delicious Meals that Grown-Ups and Kids Love


Ingredients

10 beans per person.
3 tablespoons goat cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Wash and snap off ends. Steam or boil about five minutes over medium-high heat until tender-crisp. Toss with goat cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Suggestions

Serve with pasta or rice.
