Lemony-Garlic Spinach

This steamed spinach dish melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
1 bag (10 ounces) fresh spinach, wash and snap off stems
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
In pan, saute garlic in olive oil for a few seconds (don't burn!). Add spinach, stir, and cover. Steam for five minutes or until limp but don't overcook. Add lemon juice.
