Light and Fluffy Mashed Potatoes

Potatoes whipped with sour cream, garlic and cream cheese.

2 ½ pounds potatoes, cooked
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup margarine, softened
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Snipped, fresh chives

directions
Mash the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, butter, salt and pepper. With an electric mixer, whip until smooth. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the chives. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
