Molly Shannon's Mexican Corn on the Cob
Molly Shannon learned to make this from her Mexican neighbors when she was living in Hollywood. "This is the yummiest corn on the cob," Shannon says.
Ingredients
Corn on the cob
Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Directions
Step 1: Boil the corn on the cob for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2: Let it cool, add a little butter and coat it with mayonnaise. Then, sprinkle parmesan cheese all over the corn and add a dash of paprika to give it a little extra zest!
Suggestions
Perfect with a steak and baked potato.
