Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 teaspoons sour cream
1 English muffin
Sliced fruit of choice (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, apples, pears or bananas)
Cinnamon, to taste
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
Split the English muffin in half, and spread the cream cheese mixture over both halves. Arrange fruit slices on top. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and the brown sugar.
Broil until cheese browns around the edges, about two minutes.
