Broccoli Trees and Dip

Here a great way to get children to enjoy new food – serve it in a fun way!
Ingredients
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 brunch broccoli
Directions
Mix cottage cheese, yogurt and parsley together and then refrigerate. Cut broccoli into bite-size florets. Serve the broccoli with the dip for a fun snack.
Suggestions
Use other vegetable in season such as carrots, cauliflower or squash.
