Caramel Apple Dip

1 jar (11.75 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
Apples, cut into wedges*

Mix the caramel topping and cream cheese in mixer, or with hand mixer, until smooth.

*Soak cut apples in Sprite or 7-Up for a few minutes and they won't turn brown!
