Crock Pot Spiced Nuts
Makes a great holiday gift!
Ingredients
1 pound of your favorite nuts
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Directions
Combine the nuts, butter and powdered sugar in a Crock Pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes. Uncover, reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring occasionally, until nuts get crisp, about two hours. Add the spices and toss to coat. Pour nuts onto waxed paper and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
