Fruit Pizza

A sugar cookie crust topped with healthy fresh fruit.

1 package (17 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 cups whipped topping
1 cup sour cream
Assorted fresh fruit: pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, mango, apples, pears, and blueberries
directions
Cut the cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Arrange the dough, overlapping slightly, on a pizza pan that has been lined with foil. Press the edges together to seal and form a crust. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool.

When ready to serve, fold the whipped topping and sour cream together. Spread over the crust and top with the sliced fruit.

A great treat to serve at a child's birthday party. Let the kids make it themselves!
