Fruity Trail Mix
Ingredients
1 cup low-fat granola
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into cubes
1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1/4 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup carob chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
Directions
Combine all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container, or package in individual plastic bags for convenient, healthy snacks on the go.
